Absolutely, the best file formats for us would be dxf, stl, or pdf, but we can work from other formats as well, including just an image.
Our CNC has a 4’x8’ bed, and a fourth axis rotary cutter. With this, we can cut any wood, mdf, or even some plastics.
We can work with most materials to do 3D carvings, engravings and even non-asymmetric spindles.
We have a full wood shop complete with machinery like planers, shapers, joiners, miter saws, table saws, router tables, and more! In addition, we have a metal shop with a CNC plasma table, benders, band saws, welding equipment, and a forge.
We mostly work with wood, but we also have a metal shop where we can work with various metals as well!
We usually prefer people don’t see their project while it’s in progress. When we design, we provide you with computer renderings to show you how your project will turn out. We like for you to see the end result and not the process in between.
Anything! We love the ability to get creative and come up with new processes to make everything possible. Some examples of previous projects we’ve completed include, but are not limited to, entry doors, built-in bookcases, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, murphy beds, TV stands, bedroom furniture sets, tables, and much more!
Yes, we will usually come visit the space where you would like the potential project and we can give you a rough estimate then.
Depending on how much is involved in your project, we would say about 2-3 months at minimum.
Of course! We love to get visitors and show people what we do. Feel free to contact us to schedule a visit!
Yes, we can deliver your project directly to your location. For smaller pieces, we’re often able to handle the installation ourselves, but it can depend. For larger or more complex projects, we partner with trusted contractors to ensure your piece is installed safely and professionally.
We can build anything you like, exactly how you like! There may be tweaks when figuring out how to construct it best, but we will work with you to make it what you want!
No problem! We are only half of the design team; the other half is you! Find some images of things you like, or even things you don’t like; every yes and no is a step closer to your custom build. We will listen and work with every element you like and maybe offer some ideas you never thought of. With our modeling software, we are able to give you a realistic idea of what your project will look like in your intended space.
While many places offer you selections of colors and materials, we believe custom means exactly that: every aspect is what you want it to be, including matching a finish to your specification. Everything is made from scratch to be exactly what you want.
Lead times vary depending on many factors like the size and complexity of your project, as well as the availability of materials. Once we discuss the details of your build, we can provide you with a more accurate timeline.
Millwork are precision-built architectural elements—built-ins, panels, and casework—fabricated in our shop. Carpentry is broader on-site construction and installation.
Yes. We design and build pieces that combine hardwood with steel or aluminum—tables, frames, bases, and architectural details.
We color-match stains and paints, replicate profiles with CNC or custom knives, and test samples until the finish matches your space.
Mainly steel and aluminum. We can powder-coat, paint, oil, or clear-coat, and we prep surfaces to ensure adhesion and a clean look.
Yes. We engineer joints and tolerances so wood movement and metal rigidity work together for long-term stability.
Proper prep, primer, and finish. For steel we add a protective coating; for outdoor pieces we recommend galvanized or powder-coated options.
Custom is built to your exact sizes, materials, and finish for a perfect fit. Prefab uses fixed sizes and limited options.
We site-measure, model clearances, and dry-fit parts in the shop. On install, we scribe to walls and floors so gaps disappear.
Furniture-grade plywood and hardwoods (no particle board). We select species and thickness for strength and a long service life.
Stains, paints, clear coats, and specialty finishes. Styles range from modern slab fronts to classic framed doors with custom profiles and hardware.
Both. We can design from scratch with renderings, or build from your architect/designer’s drawings.
Dovetail or box-joint drawers with soft-close slides; soft-close, adjustable hinges on doors. We spec pro-grade hardware.
Yes. We demo as needed, coordinate disposal, and install the new cabinetry with our team or trusted partners.
After approvals, small built-ins run ~3–6 weeks. Full kitchens vary by scope and material lead times. We’ll give you a firm schedule up front.
